Rearrange problem reporting comments

Comments appear in the same order in the Standard Comments for Problem Reporting table on the Advanced Online Learning Options window and the Problem Reporting Learning window in Validation. Because of this, the best practice is to display the most common comments at the top of your list.

You can rearrange your comment order by following these steps:

  1. On the Project tab, in the Configuration group, select Project Settings Project Settings icon.
  2. On the General tab, in the Online Learning group , click Advanced.

    The Advanced Online Learning Options window is displayed.

  3. In the Problem Reporting Settings group, select the row in the Standard Comments For Problem Reporting table to move, and click one of the following:

    • Up Arrow

    • Down Arrow

    Note The arrow buttons are only available when there are two or more comments.

    The selected comment moves up or down depending on the button you click.

  4. Optionally, repeat the previous steps to move additional comments.
  5. When finished, click OK to close the Advanced Online Learning Options window and save your changes.
  6. Optionally, click OK to close the Project Settings window.
