The Mapping tab is used to map the database fields to the locator results. This is done by using the table to assign a Locator Field and a Field Type to each field in the database.

Mapping Database Fields To Locator Results

This group contains a table of database fields. The following columns are listed:

• Database Field

• Field Type

• Locator Field

Each database field can be mapped to any available locator subfield in the project using the Locator Field lists. Each field can also have a Field Type mapped by selecting it from a list.

Minimal Confidence

This group has the following options:

Other Text

Set the minimum confidence for fields where the Field Type is set to Other text. If an alternative has this confidence, it is considered in the address evaluation. The value for this option is set to 50 The value for this option is set to

Numeric Field

Database Preview

This group displays the first several rows from the database.
