Navigator panel

The Navigator panel shows folders and documents in a tree view.

In Document Review, the document type confidence value appears in parenthesis after the page count. This value represents the degree of confidence the application has in the documentation type assignment. If you change the document type, the text "Reclassified" replaces the percentage value.

Note In some cases, your workflow design may link document or folder names to the values in zone fields on the document. Part or all of the document name (shown in the Navigator Panel) may automatically change to reflect the field value.

Keyboard navigation

Use the following keyboard keys to navigate the tree:

  • TAB

  • SHIFT+TAB

  • UP and DOWN ARROWS

Navigating with these keys changes the focus in the tree, but not the currently selected item.

Selecting a document in the tree selects the corresponding item in the Multi-Document Thumbnail Viewer. If you select a folder, the viewer is empty, since there are no thumbnails associated with folders.

When the current focus is on a folder, press the Space bar or use the left and right arrow keys to expand or collapse the folder.. Press the ENTER key to select the folder.

Note You can use the left and right arrow keys to navigate back and forth between pages when the selected document has focus in the navigator panel. There is no need to first click on the thumbnail. Some users may prefer this approach rather than manually clicking the page in the thumbnail panel or using the "Go to Thumbnails" shortcut.
