Use this window to provide reasons for rejecting a document. The window consists of a list with predefined comments and a free-form text box.

The list is empty when the product ships. Define the contents of the list when you design the form.

Rejecting a document sends it to the appropriate activity in the workflow.

Predefined

Select a predefined comment to place in the notes. This replaces any content currently in the custom field.

Custom

Type custom comments here. This field can contain both a predefined comment and your own comments. You can also place predefined comments in this field and modify them as needed.
