The Settings button displays the Activity Settings window. These options apply if you are in Validation, Verification, or Document Review performing batch edit operations. After the final batch edit operation that makes the folders, documents, and activity fields all valid and verified (and the folder structure is valid in Document Review), the user can complete the activity.

The Activity Settings window has the following options:

• Keep the activity Open (requires me to complete the activity). You continue working, and must complete the activity manually when you are ready.

• Prompt me before automatically completing the activity. You are prompted to complete the activity when the activity enters a state which would allow completion. If you accept the prompt, the activity is completed. If you reject the prompt, you can continue working. You will be prompted again the next time the activity becomes valid.

• Automatically complete the activity without prompting me. You will not be prompted, and will automatically be taken back to the work queue, or the next activity will load, depending on related configuration options.

Individual settings will be saved for each user.
