| 6 | Role A role is an alternative to assigning a task to a specific Individual. These are created in the Process Modular by clicking 'Roles'. The role can either be a Fixed Role or Floating Role. |

| 32 | ExternalUser An External Resource would be used for a contract worker, this user can be assigned as a floating role member. An External Resource is added in KTA Resources > New > External Resource. |
