- Setting SkillLevelMax to 7 means that only resources with a Skill Level between 7-10 can be assigned to the resource or job.
Setting SkillLevelMin to 5 means that only resources with a Skill Level between 1-5 can be assigned to the resource or job.
Setting SkillLevelMax to 3 and SkillLevelMin to 6 means that only resources with a Skill Level between 3-6 can be assigned to the resource or job.
