Reorder the Evaluator Subfields list

The order of the subfields in the Evaluator Subfields list determines the order of the subfield tabs on the Evaluation Settings tab, and the order in which the locator is processed. You can change the subfield order by following these steps:

  1. Open the locator properties.
  2. On the Subfields tab, double-click the subfield to move to the Evaluator Subfields list.

    The selected subfield moves to the Evaluator Subfields list.

  3. Optionally, add subfields to the Evaluator Subfields list.
  4. To reorder the list of Evaluator Subfields:

    • Click Move Up to move the selected subfield up one position.

    • Click Move Down to move the selected subfield down one position.

  5. Open a test document and click Test to test your settings.
  6. Optionally, click Close to close the locator properties window.
  7. Save the changes to your project.
