Other preliminary tests

  • Simulate the Kofax TotalAgility - Transformation Server processing, except document separation, using one of the following methods:

    • Right-click and select Process from the shortcut menu.

    • Select Process Batch from the Ribbon.

    • Press Shift + F7.

  • Change the class hierarchy by adding or deleting classes, or changing the class properties.

  • Add additional documents to the Classification Set.

  • Add additional instructions or change instructions for a class.

  • Add additional fields or change the field properties for a class.

    Note When you add, delete, or rename fields, you need to resynchronize them with the Kofax Capture index fields using the Synchronization Tool.

  • Add locators or change properties for locators for a class to improve your extraction results.

  • You can test the fields and locators and their settings. If you make changes to the training set, the project needs to be retrained:

    • Select to train Extraction from the Process tab on the Ribbon.
