This recognition engine specializes in the recognition of all common machine-print and hand-print character sets. Any recognition profile that uses this recognition engine can be customized for language and print type.

You can use this recognition engine for both zone and page profiles. The RecoStar Page Profile properties and the RecoStar Zone Profile properties can be configured to suit your specific requirements.

RecoStar supports many languages, as well as optical character recognition and optical mark recognition.

This recognition engine is installed by default with Kofax TotalAgility. No additional licenses are required to use this profile.
