The documents in this view are displayed in a flat list view with column details that can be customized, sorted, and filtered. This view is commonly used when testing, or when performing extraction, classification, or separation benchmarks.

You can perform the following actions using the List view:

• Customize document columns

• Sort documents by column data

• Filter documents

• Perform recognition for the selected documents

• Classify the selected documents

• Extract the selected documents

• Process the selected documents by performing both classification and extraction in a single step

• Remove classification and extraction data from the selected documents

• Load existing classification and extraction data for the selected documents to be able to use sorting, filtering and benchmarks

• Add the selected documents to the Classification Set for the selected class in the Project Tree

• Add the selected documents to the Extraction Set for the selected class in the Project Tree

• Open a document in Windows Explorer

• Open a document in the Document Viewer window.
