Raise event action

Set up a Raise event TotalAgility action for the Content Manager events like CreateFolder, DeleteDocument, and more in the Micro Focus Content Manager system. See Configure TotalAgility actions resulting from Micro Focus Content Manager events.

  1. Navigate to Integration > Micro Focus Content Manager.

    The Micro Focus Content Manager page appears.

  2. From the list, click the Content Manager system for which to configure events.

    The Edit Content Manager site configuration dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click for Events.

    The New Content Manager event configuration dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the Event, such as DeleteDocument, for which to configure the TotalAgility action. (Default: CreateFolder)
  5. Select the Record type. (Default: Folder)
  6. On the Action list, select Raise event. (Default: Create new job)
  7. To raise an event at runtime, select a dynamic value, or click and enter a static value for Job ID, Event and Source.
  8. Click Save.

    The configured event appears under Events in the Edit Content Manager site configuration dialog box.

    You can edit or delete the event.

  9. Click Save.
    When a document is deleted in the Content Manager System, an event is raised against a job.
