Creating an application on Alfresco

Creating an application on Alfresco generates the information that you need to configure the cloud connection. See the Alfresco documentation for up-to-date information about creating an application on the service. Only use the following procedure as a guideline.

  1. Log on as the system administrator and go to https://www.alfresco.com/develop/cloud/signup and register an account.
  2. Using the account you created, log on to https://developer.alfresco.com/managelogin.html.
  3. Click the Application tab and click Add Application.
  4. Enter a Name for the application and set the Platform to .NET.
  5. Click the Auth tab and do the following:

    • Write down the API Key and the Key Secret, which you need to set up the connection.

    • Set the Callback URL to http://<KFS_server_name>/Kofax/KFS/Admin/.

  6. Click Save.
