Log in with recovery codes
In case you do not have your mobile phone available, follow the steps in this topic to log in to Kofax Invoice Portal with the previously configured two-factor authentication.
- Enter your login credentials and click Log in.
- Click Cannot get a code to enter.
- Copy and paste one of the recovery codes that you previously saved on your computer.
- Click Verify.
The two-factor authentication recovery page appears. You can now reconfigure your two-factor authentication login
Yes: See Configure from the login page.
No: Continue working without two-factor authentication for the next 14 days.
Cancel: Redirects you to the login page. When you log in next time, you are prompted to set up two-factor authentication again.
