The Server Monitor version 4.0 is shipped with SignPlus E II release 4.0 or newer but can also be used with older releases.

•Error message id help.
Starting with version 4.0 error messages (severity level ‘error’ and ‘critical’) feature a unique message identifier that can be used to look the message up in the system documentation. The Server Monitor will display this message information if a message that has a message identifier is double-clicked, or right-clicked and the error message help is selected from the context menu.
