You can remove a computer from the managed objects tree by selecting it, or any of its objects, and choosing

Computer > Remove computer

form the menu. Alternatively, you can use the Remove computer toolbar button, or popup menu entry. You will have to confirm the operation, after which the computer will be removed from the managed objects tree.
