Description

The SignWare library was unable to interpret the data provided as a dynamic signature.

Cause

Usually caused by a version mismatch between the SignWare library used as part of the FraudOne product and that used by the application providing the input signatures. This last is often SignDoc but may be some other application.

Action

Ensure that compatible versions of FraudOne and the signature provider application are in use. If necessary install a different version of FraudOne and/or the signature providing application.
