Client transaction does not include authorization data when required

Description

The server message protocol requires that a client includes a credentials header extension for the received message type and the message sent by the client does not include one.

Cause

This is usually a version mismatch between the client program and the authentication server.

Action

Install consistent versions of FraudOne on both client and server systems.
