No SignBase server configuration has been found for server %s and INI file %s

Description

The SignBase server cannot start because the topography record indicates that at least one SignBase server is configured on this system but there is no configuration data for a SignBase server using the server instance name name and INI file name provided.

Cause

This is a configuration error. Either the topography record has been changed using the Admin Client to include a configured SignBase server without at the same time adding the actual configuration information for it or the database content has been changed to remove the configuration information without at the same time removing the corresponding topography information.

Action

The possible actions depend on the actual information present in the database. First attempt to use SetupCfg.cmd to perform a new -initlocal action for the server where the SignBase Server fails to start. If this is successful, the SignBase server should start. If the -initlocal fails and some other server machine has a working SignBase configuration server, use an AdminClient to remove the topography record for the failing system, delete the configuration data file from the failing system (see the Admin Guide for details) and then retry the -initlocal. If there are no other SignBase configuration servers then the -initlocal must be repeated and a different machine name used for the failing machine.
