Retreived empty schema name from Configuration Database testing

Description

The database structure for the FraudOne configuration database is invalid. There is no recorded schema name for the table named SP_CONFELEM.

Cause

This is a configuration error, either the wrong database has been configured as the configuration database or the database was not initialised correctly.

Action

Ensure that the correct database is configured and that the required initialisation of the database has been completed successfully.
