Description

The image processing library reported an error while converting a signature from TIFF format.

Cause

Most likely an input data format issue or a resource shortage in the application server process performing the conversion.

Action

Ensure that the signature image supplied is in a standard monochrome TIFF format. Restart the application server process. If the problem recurs, examine the resources available to the Windows server system and if necessary move some processes to another system or increase the resources available on the system.
