Description

The image processing library reported an error while converting a signature to TIFF format.

Cause

Most likely the target image resolution configured for the output TIFF files is not valid or the signature image stored in the SignBase database was corrupted.

Action

Set the target image resolution to a realistic value; identify the Global Fraud signature causing the error report and replace it with a new copy.
