Description

Down level client support cannot convert a message from the client to the required current standard.

Cause

This is likely an installation error. A version of an upstream client program is in use that the backward compatibility support does not support.

Action

Ensure that the correct versions of the upstream client(s) are in use and the prerequisites for the current release have all been met.
