Description

The server was unable to process an input signature.

Cause

Invalid signature data has been supplied by the upstream client program. Such a format issue may indicate a product version mismatch between the upstream client and the server. A licencing issue may be preventing the server from using the SignWare library.

Action

Check the displayed return code in the SignWare documentation and take the action indicated. If the return code documents a signature data format error contact the supplier of the upstream client software - this may not be Kofax. Reinstall the correct versions of the upstream client software and/or the application server (including the SignWare library.)
