Description

The connection to the database used for SignCheck data could not be opened when required.

Cause

This is most likely an environmental problem; the database is offline or the communication path to the database server is not available. It may be also a configuration error; the database name used is incorrect or the user-id and/or password used to connect to the database is not authorised.

Action

Ensure the correct database name, user-id and password are configured. Bring the database online and ensure that the network connectivity required to reach the database server is available.
