Description

A character conversion (to or from Unicode) has reported an error.

Cause

This is normally a configuration error; the input data contains one or more characters that are not present in the single byte code page source or target of the conversion. This may also indicate that a string to be converted is larger that the target field allows. (Also a configuration issue.)

Action

Correct the single byte code page selected for the conversion. Ensure that the input data does not contain non-standard data fields (that would require customer specific migration tools).
