SignCheck test sample image format conversion is not implemented

Description

The client application has requested a server feature that has not (yet) been implemented.

Cause

This is normally a mismatch between the installed version of the application server and server interface client components which allowed a request to be created for a feature that the server cannot deliver.

Action

Install the corresponding versions of the application server and server interface client components. If this has been done and the error is repeated, contact SOFTPRO for technical support.
