Incorrect number of images (signatures and/or documents) supplied for an ICV verification request. More than one document image is present.

Description

The number of images supplied does not meet the restrictions of the current implementation of the ICV verification function.

Cause

The client program calling the ICV Verification interface has used an invalid mixture of signature and document images. This may be a programming error in the client or more likely a mismatch in the configuration or installation of the software components between the client and the application server.

Action

Ensure the software components installed are of matching release levels. Contact SOFTPRO for technical support if the problem cannot be resolved by installing different release versions of the software.
