Description

A required protocol record was not found in the database while performing diagnostic testing for a different problem.

Cause

While attempting to provide diagnostic information for another problem, additional information was needed from the protocol table. The required record was not present. This is often a normal situation since the protocol records may have been deleted by installation utilities or, for non-historised transactions, may not be locatable using the key information available to the diagnostic routines.

Action

No action is required, only the amount of diagnostic information available is reduced. The normal business operation of the system is not affected.
