Description

The copy of the signatory used as the source of the copy operation is inconsistent with respect to the database.

Cause

Most likely is that another user or program has changed the signatory record in the database since the client fetched the working copy.

Action

Reload the client workspace for the Account/Customer to obtain an up to date copy of the signatory. Notice that this will destroy any changes made to the workspace. If the problem recurs, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance in dealing with the database inconsistency.
