Description

The request to the operating system to acquire the mutex protecting the DB Helper database connection reported an error.

Cause

Most likely, a long running action accessing the database through the DB Helper has taken longer than the allowed time limit.

Action

Ensure that the overall database performance is still within normal limits. If so, the time limit allowed for the DB Helper mutex wait should be increased to the extent necessary to allow the normal database accesses to complete before reaching the time limit.
