Last error code %d when creating an unnamed pipe

Description

An unnamed pipe, used to pass messages between a started process and its parent, could not be created when required.

Cause

Usually, a resource problem for the operating system; for example, too many open handles. See operating system description of the error code for details.

Action

Examine the system resource usage and take action to close down any unnecessary programs or increase any limitation on the number of handles for the server process. If the problem cannot be resolved, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
