Description

No base object was found to match an extension update request

Cause

All extension update requests require the client also to update the corresponding base object, which is then available to the server in order to find the correct extension key value to update. In this error case, no such object has been made available.

Action

This represents a programming error on the part of either the Java Client or the server. Please contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
