Description

An insert action in the RULE table could not be completed

Cause

The insert action caused a deadlock, lock timeout or a duplicate key failure.

Action

If a lock timeout occurred, change the database settings to prevent lock timeouts. Deadlock and duplicate key events will be retried automatically and require no further action unless they occur very frequently, in which case contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
