Description

The Java Client is not allowed to request updates to Fixed Rights records

Cause

An update request from the Java Client has attempted to delete a Rights record which is marked as Fixed.

Action

If no manual changes to the database have been made, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance, otherwise correct the invalid Rights record classification.
