No message received from Attach Manager in allowed time.

Description

The allowed time limit for interprocess communication from the Attach Manager to the Server has been exceeded.

Cause

The Attach Manager may have failed or the system may be too heavily loaded to complete the required message transfer in the time allowed.

Action

If the Attach Manager has reported any errors, carry out the action associated with those errors. If the system load is very high, or there are resource shortages in the operating system, increase the available resources and/or restart the operating system.
