Description

A required access module DLL could not be loaded

Cause

Usually, there is a problem with the installation. Either a file is missing, is an incompatible version or the PATH setting is invalid

Action

Ensure that all required files are correctly installed, the versions of all installed files are compatible and the system PATH is set correctly to allow the DLL to be loaded and any DLLs on which it is dependant can also be loaded.
