Description

The requested code page is not available in the specified Locale

Cause

The configuration of the application server has requested the use of a code page which is not present in the specified Locale.

Action

Change the configuration to specify a code page that is available in the specified Locale (Locale=<language>_<country> parameter) or select a Locale that does contain the required code page.
