Description

A SignInfo client has requested an image document that does not exist.

Cause

The SignBase database has been asked to supply the previous image document in sequence, the database is already positioned at the first document

Action

This mismatch between the expectation of a SignInfo client and the database may be caused by a recent change to the database contents. If this is not the case, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
