Description

A SignInfo client has requested an image document that does not exist.

Cause

The SignBase database has been asked to supply an image document with a specific position, no such document exists

Action

This mismatch between the expectation of a SignInfo client and the database may be caused by a recent change to the database contents. If this is not the case, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
