Description

A function requiring access to a central configuration server has been attempted on a system where the initial configuration settings have not been carried out correctly using the SetupCfg program.

Cause

This is a user error, the system initialization has not been carried out correctly.

Action

Carry out the required initialization of the failing system using SetupCfg.
