Description

A configuration element does not match the expected type.

Cause

This is a database consistency issue. The Configuration Element named was identified as a topographic element but subsequently reading the element identified it as different element type.

Action

Please contact Kofax technical support for assistance in dealing with this issue. An automatic repair program is not available for this case.
