Description

A required function could not be found in the named DLL.

Cause

The FraudOne installation is incomplete or damaged and contains a version of the DLL that does not match the SetupCfg command.

Action

Reinstall the FraudOne software for your configuration and ensure that it contains both the SetupCfg command itself and the application server DLLs that the command requires.
