Description

The named DLL (or one of the other DLLs on which it depends) cannot be loaded by the operating system.

Cause

This is usually an operator error, trying to configure a local server on a system where only client software is installed. On a system where server software is installed, it can be caused by running the SetupCfg command from the wrong directory or the installation is damaged.

Action

Ensure that the correct software components are installed for your configuration and change to the FraudOne installation directory before using the SetupCfg command (using the command through the system PATH is not supported). Reinstall the FraudOne software for your configuration.
