SchedCheckFile: can't rename file %s

Description

The Scheduler Server could not rename the XML Scheduler control file to the local working copy name.

Cause

This is most likely a configuration error. Also, an older copy of the local working copy file may exist and be opened in another process, preventing the Scheduler Server deleting the old local working copy file.

Action

Ensure that the name configured for the local working copy file is valid for use to rename a file and that an older copy of this file does not exist.
