Message protocol violation, unexpected data received from server

Description

It was not possible to log on to the FraudOne system authentication server using the credentials provided because the user password provided has expired.

Cause

This is a user advisory condition, the user must log on to FraudOne and provide a new password.

Action

Log on to FraudOne again and provide a new password in addition to the old password just used.
