Authentication failed

Description

It was not possible to log on to the FraudOne system authentication server using the credentials provided.

Cause

In general, this is a user error, the user-id and/or password provided are not correct for the FraudOne instance for which the Server Monitor is configured.

Action

Use a valid user-id and password for the configured FraudOne instance that is configured or reconfigure the Server Monitor to use a different FraudOne instance for which a valid user-id and password are available.
