Cannot open Server Manager unique test Mutex

Description

An error was reported trying to open or create the mutex used to ensure uniqueness for the Server Manager process.

Cause

This is normally caused by a damaged internal state of the mutex object. This can be resolved by restarting the operating system on the machine where the Server Manager is reporting this error.

Action

Restart the operating system of the machine where the error is being reported.
