Description

The Windows API GetModuleFileName (or GetModuleHandle) reported an error.

Cause

This is an unexpected error in the interface to the Windows operating system. The error code in the message can indicate a specific cause.

Action

Take any actions indiciated for the reported error code when returned from the API functions GetModuleFileName and/or GetModuleHandle. If the error code indicates an application programming error, contact Kofax for support.
