Deprecated positional parameter used in Server Manager command line

Description

The syntax of the Server Manager command line is being changed to use keyword based parameters in place of the original positional parameters.

Cause

The command line used to start this Server Manager instance contains at least one positional parameter.

Action

No action is required, the message is issued for information purposes only. The positional parameters used are still accepted in this release but will be removed in a future release. It is recommended that you change the command used to start the Server Manager to use the new keyword based syntax at your earliest convenience.
